Sim Escort: Lust and Passion Bug Reports

Feel free to post any bugs you find which will at least let other players know about them as well. Whether they get fixed or not, I'll probably need at least 10+ bugs before I'll consider releasing another version of the game so just letting everyone know ahead of time.

New version updated, changelog:

- fixed intro text
- fixed events not to occur before 30 days
- fixed gold mission (instead of NaN)
- fixed hard difficulty days messing up (test code was still in there)

Sorry about those.

- fixed item shop freezing the gold display
- fixed some abilities highlights not being hidden
- fixed minor other inconsistencies

Known bug - Resigning and starting New Game doesn't start a new game. Just close fully and reopen.

Ok, I basically uploaded version 0.9, didn't really expect there to be that much bugs.

- fixed Resigning and New Game issue
- moved the work/continue buttons closer together as they were way too far
- girl events on main menu won't freeze gold display
- run away girls now clear buildings correctly

Open issues:

- girls that get sick during work show a black background and comments aren't showing that they got sick
- girl event yes/no buttons are supposed to disable menu buttons but they're not for some reason

These aren't issues that make the game unplayable so even if I fix them, I won't rush to release a newer version like I've been doing.

Latest version. Still issues that don't allow the full game to be played.

- fixed reputation freezing at 20 and rankings
- fixed fire for buildings sometimes showing 0 and being unable to reset
- fixed display images shown based on correct girls rankings (index array was off)
- fixed girls that get sick now show proper background

Hopefully that's it but we'll see, guess I'm on target for August 1st still ;/

I ve completed a mission and got a joker.

Where can i use it?

Also i cant see what is my mission?

Jokers are used by clicking on the playing cards. You can see your missions by clicking on the folder icon.

Oh yes i ve found it. the background is too white its hard to see joker save quest icons

But overall, it was one of the most fun versions i played since years. And belive me i am following SimBro since 6-7 years and i ve played all versions.  Great Job bro. Here are my comments/suggestion if you care to read.

1) Random stats is agreat idea!
2) Changing orginal girl names was a bad idea, cuz anime girls are kind of celebrity and we are running celebrity girls in all SimBro games. In your version we are playing some anonimus girls and its not fun. I forget girls names when nobody they are. You should change names to famous singers, porn stars, anime girls (like the original version), actresses etc. ...or, you can let me to rename girls. Easier manament for me really.
3) i ve found a bug. Lets say the mission joker gives me Jazz. if i ve already hired Jazz the mission joker gives nothing. it should give another girl instead, right?
4) sorting girls according the price AP etc is a great idea.

Thanks for the feedback. I tried to make it a game that I could see myself still enjoying to play 5-10 years from now and really wanted to get rid of the issues with the original.

For your concerns:

2. I may consider allowing an option to keep the original anime names. Renaming would take a lot more work but I could see that as a valid function as well - it would create a more personalized connection with the girls.

3. Good catch. I had to rework the joker girls since I didn't want people cheating the system by just reloading their save game. So the 'random' girl is selected when the new mission is created and therefore any reloads from n = new mission to n+mission complete - 1 days will still give the same girl.

But there probably is the possibility that it can't find a girl for the joker card. It randomly cycles through 1000 times and looks for the 10 girls set as joker girls. I'll change the code a bit so if it can't find it the first 1000 times, it will look through the list and get the first one set.
